Diamond level of service. Jill you are a rock star! The service started with no premium charge for next day service (less than 24 hours ). Then you immediately communicated when you couldn’t reach the recipient because you didn’t want to leave the flowers outside in the heat. You immediately turned around once you received confirmation that recipient is home. The bouquet was stupendous (recipient word) beautiful and quality and pricey flowers with gorgeous colors palette. One extremely satisfied customer. In all my years of ordering flowers, I’ve never been more impressed. Thank you a thousand times still not enough. BTW, I didn’t understand the tipping policy on your site. I definitely will because of my experience now!
